Back to fitness New Selfies!
Did you work out during the Lenten Season? Or did you indulge after not eating much? Here in Australia, the Easter celebration mostly consists of chocolate eggs, bunny eggs, and more chocolates! Aussies do Easter egg hunt on a Sunday morning and collect as much chocolate as they can find. I will admit that I ate two little Mars chocolate eggs and they tasted yummy.
No one says we can't have chocolates. Like what most people always say, "Eat in moderation." When I was younger, a nutritionist I know always used to say that one must eat to live and not live to eat.
In my experience, indulging excessively on the sweets end up eating other carb-rich food. It also result in eating too much pork, especially lechon.
For such craving, I have the perfect exercise. It's my favorite routine actually, the butt and leg workout. Squats and lunges are a good combination to target cellulite and fats around our glutes and to achieve a sexy butt we all want.
HOW TO DO THIS ROUTINE
Execution: Stand straight, open your legs but not wider than your shoulder width. Pretend that there's a chair behind you and you just have to slowly sit down without touching the chair. Proceed to sit down slowly. Make sure your weight is on your heel and the spine's aligned.
Do this 15 times.
Execution: Stand straight. Step left foot back . Make sure your left leg is straight and your right knees are soft. Kneel the left leg down without touching the ground. Repeat this 15 times then do the same thing with the right leg.
Do the entire routine 3 to 4 times.
