My New Self move? Preparation. It’s key to losing weight. I prepare my food every night before bed the same time I prepare the kids’ lunch and recess servings.
We don’t get to eat properly whenever we are busy. I noticed that when this happens we always end up hungry and starve for junk food or sweets. Unhealthy! Out of the Old Self!
My fitness advice: Start your day right by having warm lemon water before breakfast that will help you get rid of all the toxins in your body. Follow it up with a healthy combo of something like cereal and tea. My usual lunch consists of grilled eggplant with ricotta cheese in a wrap and dinner is tuna pesto. If I need to nibble in the morning and the afternoon, I tear into almond nuts. Most importantly, I drink six litres of water a day.
