FINDING MILKFISH!
Spending lunch at home for someone like me who's been accustomed to eating out is challenging. I always end up being very picky with the viand.
Since I'm sticking to a healthy diet this time after an abuse of caffeine and pork, this half a milkfish (bangus) with camote tops (talbos ng kamote) did me in one lazy lunch time.
What's your healthy fix?
