Snacks are healthy when they complement one's meals before and after it. One afternoon I rummaged through the clutter inside the refrigerator and spotted a big bowl of spaghetti noodles and another bowl with spaghetti sauce in it. I did not waste any time and prepared a toast to go with my spaghetti snack.
It was cold as I did not bother heating it anymore, but the snack sure filled my tummy enough to last for dinner. I still had the energy to sketch it before I tore into it LOL!
Who knew a simple refrigerator raid can satisfy my appetite?!
