Minus the eggs and green peas, my brother, Dave, cooked for me this homemade beef chow fan rice that energized me one day when I got sick. No one was at home and I'm not friends with the kitchen, so I had him whip up anything for me that's on the fridge. Viola! Ground beef never tasted so yummy. It beats any fast food fried rice that I've tasted. Not even Chowking can compare. Believe me. The bowl was empty in less about 10 minutes.
I guess this is something that I share with my brother -- a reliability to cook something in minutes.
